1. Terms of Service

Private Beta Access: Access to VeritonOS, CredLayer, and COD Shield is currently provided strictly by invitation during our private beta phase. We reserve the right to revoke access, modify rate limits, or deprecate endpoints without prior public notice, though we will make reasonable efforts to notify beta participants.

Usage Limits: You agree not to use VeritonAI infrastructure to process highly sensitive data (such as PHI under HIPAA) without a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA). Reverse engineering, load testing without permission, or attempting to circumvent access controls is strictly prohibited.

2. Privacy Policy

Data Collection: We collect necessary contact information (name, email, phone) when you submit forms on our website or communicate with us. For users of our API, we log request metadata, IP addresses, and performance metrics necessary to operate and improve our infrastructure.

Data Processing in Agents: When you send payloads to VeritonOS for agent execution, that data is processed ephemerally. We do not use customer API payloads to train our foundational models unless explicitly agreed upon in a custom enterprise contract. Data retention policies for inference logs are configurable per tenant.

3. Security & Compliance

We employ industry-standard cryptographic practices (including those underpinning CredLayer) to secure data in transit and at rest. If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it immediately to security@veritonaitechnologies.com.
